1. Manager Teknik ELektronika (MT)
  • Pria, usia maks 40 tahun, pendidikan S1 Teknik Elektronika, pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai Teknik Manager/Service Manager, mempunyai leadership yang berpengaruh, menguasai bahasa Inggris mulut & tulisan.
2. Manager Operasional Karaoke (MOK)
  • Pria, pendidikan min. D3, pengalaman dibidang jasa hiburan (hotel, karaoke, cafe dan sejenisnya), usia optimal 40 tahun, jujur dan bertanggung jawab, mempunyai jiwa leadership yang berpengaruh.
3. Area Manager Wilayah Jawa Tengah
  • Pria/Wanita, usia maks. 40 tahun, pendidikan minimal D3, pengalaman diposisi yang serupa min 2 tahun (bidang jasa wisata, hotel & restoran).
4. Chef Accounting (CA)
  • Pria/Wanita, max 30 tahun, pendidikan sekurang-kurangnyaD3 Accounting, pengalaman min 1 tahun diposisi yang serupa (memahami hukum perpajakan).
5. Legal Officer (LO)
  • Pria/Wanita, mak. 30 tahun, pendidikan min S1 Hukum, pengalaman min 1 tahun di kantor Notaris/PPAT atau bidang property/Mall.
6. Rekrutmen Officer (RO)
  • Pria/Wanita, usia maks. 35 tahun, min. S1 Psikologi, pengalaman diposisi yang sama 2 tahun.
7. Pimpinan Outlet (PO) Supervisor Outlet (SO)
  • Pria/Wanita, maks. 30 tahun, min. D3/S1 semua jurusan, pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya1 tahun untuk posisi yang sama/Store Manager, lebih diutamakan dibidang jasa (wisata/hiburan/restoran/retail) (PO).
  • Pria/Wanita, maks. 27 tahun, D3/S1 fresh graduate (SO).
8. Teknisi Elektronika Audio Video (TE) / Teknisi Mekanik (TM)
  • Pria, maks 27 tahun, pendidikan D3/S1, elektronik (fresh graduate) atau SMK/STM jurusan Teknik Audio Video (TE).
  • D3/S1 Teknik Mesin (fresh graduate) atau SMK/STM jurusan mekanik otomotif/bengkel produksi, pengalaman diposisi yang serupa (lebih diutamakan memperbaiki mobil/motor) (TM).

Parts Manager (PM)- Banjarmasin

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage an Effective & Efficient Inventory Control & Turnover.
  • Properly staffing the department, which includes hiring, training, developing, managing, motivating and monitoring the performance of all parts department staff, ensuring that the department is profitable and efficient.
  • Maintaining an orderly workplace.
  • Creating and overseeing an annual operating budget for the parts department.
  • Working with the service department, body repair and wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
  • Establishing competitive pricing specifications in various categories while generating sufficient profits and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover.
  • Adjusting stock to curtail accumulation of unused or old parts.
  • Confirming that parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
  • Reviewing sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining internal & external customer satisfaction.
  • Present Periodical Performance vs Target Review Reports to Top Management.
Distribution Manager (DM) – Banjarmasin
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Mitra Suzuki Head Office, Suzuki Indonesia Head Office, Expedition companies, all Mitra Suzuki branches and all other related representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed and also ensure an effective & efficient flow of vehicle distribution & inventory turnover.
  • Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover.
  • Adjusting stock to curtail accumulation of slow vehicle turnovers.
  • Properly staffing the department, which includes hiring, pelatihan, motivating and monitoring the performance of all Distribution Center staff.
  • Maintaining an orderly workplace.
  • Creating and overseeing an annual operating budget for the Distribution Center.
  • Present Periodical Performance Review Reports to Top Management.
Service Manager (SM) – Banjarmasin
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve productivity of Service staff to ensure profitable Service operations according to the overall strategy of Mitra Suzuki.
  • Preparing and implementing budgets and action plans.
  • Employing and assuring highly efficient, skilled and motivated Service staff.
  • Controlling, maintaining and investing in an inventory of professional tools, shop consumables and required equipment.
  • Supervising and providing training on the job to Service staff .
  • Implementing a performance evaluation system.
  • Maintaining an orderly workplace.
  • Creating and overseeing an annual operating budget for the Service Division.
  • Present Periodical Performance vs Target Review Reports to Top Management.
General Requirements:
  • Business-minded.

  • Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduate will be an advantage).
  • Proficient in oral & written in English is preferable.
  • Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office).
